What Is It?
Paper Jam is a quick-to-play card game about printers failing to print developed by myself and Cade Naylor. He had and idea for a game about lighthouses and I had an idea for a game about printers so we worked together to hold each other accountable for finishing them. We worked for 2 hours a week on both games throughout our Sophomore and Junior years of college.

We worked on Paper Jam during a game jam at our school and jumped from our 22nd itteration to our 44th itteration. Going into our Senior year, we're cleaning up our 56th iteration and are hoping to showcase our finished game.
What Is My Role?
As a 2 person team Cade and I both wear all the hats. We playtest together often and occasionally work through a few itterations on our own before circling back to show each other what we've learned.

My responsibilities include:
-
Designing game loop
-
Playtesting
-
Iterating
-
Rapid prototyping
-
Card layout
-
Card design

I've created funtional art for the game that helps us teach anyone to play in 5 minutes or less. Our current version asks 2 players to take turn playing ink cards and discarding cards to take another turn in hopes of being the first printer to match the pattern of magenta, yellow, and cyan requested.
